The craftsmanship of the 18 carat Gold setting is stunning.  Around the 8 claw set royal blue Sapphire is a burst of dazzling brilliant cut Diamonds in an extended pierced gallery in stylized fleurs de leys style motif.

The bright white Diamonds weigh a total of 0.80 carats.

To the reverse the Sapphire and Diamonds are set into open backed settings, this allows light to shine  through for sparkle.
